How much will it cost to ship my order?

Yes! Simply change the flag at the top of our home page to convert all prices to your preferred currency and the shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Most of our orders are shipped the same day! It depends on holidays and weekends. All orders will be shipped the next day.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, gift cards, debit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.

Is your site secure?

How can I check the balance on my gift card?

What is your return policy?

How long do I have to return an item?

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

I opened my order and played with the item and did not like it.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! Call our customer service staff toll-free at 1-800-366-0574. Open items can be returned for a gift certificate within 30 days of purchase. Some exceptions apply.

How do I pack items for return?

If possible, use the original box and packing papers in which we have shipped your order. This ensures that items are not damaged during return shipping. However, if the original package was damaged during shipping, put the return item in a shipping box of appropriate size.

When can I expect my return to be processed?

Most returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the return in our warehouse.
